Correctional Therapy
Correctional Therapy is a combination of various targeted types of body work that help to release and correct muscle impingements and/or muscle imbalances.
In a typical session, a variety of methods may be used, such as: trigger point techniques, muscle manipulation, active stretching, myofascial release for a customized approach to your body and injury.

How it differs from physical therapists/sports massage -- it's is like having a Chiropractor, Physical Therapist and the best Sports Massage Therapist all rolled into one!

Biomechanical Performance Training
​​At Phoenix Fitness Rise Above, we know importance of athlete's performing at their best every time.

Our mission is to assist clients with muscular imbalances by providing exercises to strengthen muscles, and help their bodies to move more efficiently and with more intention to prevent future injuries.

Working with Rachael, clients will get a customized training plan that restores muscular balance, supports injury rehabilitation and prevention, and optimizes athletic and posing performance.
The Posing Method
In addition to the other services within Phoenix Fitness Rise Above, I also perform services through my collaboration project, The Posing Method.

Our mission is to integrate corrective biomechanics into bodybuilding posing by helping competitors move intentionally, pose powerfully, and protect their bodies from injury while on and off the stage.​ We envision a bodybuilding industry where posing is taught with the same precision and care as training - protecting athletes bodies while elevating their stage presence.
