What is Corrective Therapy?

It is a combination of various targeted types of massage that help to release and correct muscle impingements and/or muscle imbalances.

 

In a typical session, a variety of techniques may be used, such as: trigger point massage, muscle manipulation, active stretching, myofascial release for a customized approach to your body and injury.

How does Corrective Therapy differ from Sports Massage/Physical Therapist?

Having a Corrective Therapist is like having a Chiropractor, Physical Therapist and the best Sports Massage Therapist all rolled into one!

So what does that mean for you?... Learn to move PAIN - FREE!

Simply put, I correct the placement of your muscles to where they belong, which alleviates the joint/nerve pain and then teach you how to use those muscles correctly.
